We love it when we hear people have used our technology to help them within their lives.

Johnathon, a close friend of Scenegraph was a best man at a wedding.

Although Johnathon works in a school, and is an amazing Table Tennis player playing in tournaments around the world, he was struggling with his speech, mainly the confidence and the flow. He knew what he wanted to say, but he had concerns about not messing up.

This is why we extended SpiritVR-Confidence to include a wedding venue to help Johnathon.

He loved it and stated it helped him practice.

The Software is on the MetaQuest 2 so is mobile and allowed Johnathon to practice at home over a number of weeks before the big-day.

At first I thought that Virtual Reality was a gimmick, but after multiple sessions and run throughs, I became more confident, specifically looking in the eyes of the audience. I highly recommend anyone who needs to practice public speaking to use the technology of Scenegraph Studios.

The best piece of advice I received was to ‘always have the microphone on your chin’. The other speeches at the wedding kept taking the microphone away from their mouth which meant the audience didn’t hear anything at the crucial jokes, which then put the speaker off which then meant more hand movements. I practiced this alot in virtual reality and it works.
